Detox
Many people think detox involves taking a lot of supplements, eating only raw food, and drinking just green juice. However, if you are not eliminating what you are detoxing, your body will remain toxic. Using the right food and superfoods, along with eliminating, makes detox very effective and not exhausting.
If we are toxic and backed up, our bodies will not be in a state to heal. Inflammation, weight gain, low energy, poor libido, depression, and bad moods are signs of a toxic body.
Lifestyle
It is not just the food we put in our mouths but also the life we lead. More than anything, our relationships, career, social life, spirituality, and physical activity determine what we put in our mouths.
